Return Policy
Return your unworn purchase within 14 days for a refund. Any costs for returning your purchase are for your own account. Package must be neatly packed, shoe box/product packaging intact and must NOT be used for return.
Use the shipping bag or packaging with which you received the product.

  • Always send a copy of Packing slip and/or Invoice with your shipment.
  • If you decide to return your purchase, you are responsible for all shipping costs. Costs for returning are not reimbursed.
  • Lost returns are not the responsibility of chacos.eu
  • Item(s) must be returned in the original branded box (packaging).
  • Chacos.eu does not offer exchanges, instead we ask you to place a new order.

Refund Process and Time Frame.

  • Refunds will be processed with original method of payment within 10 business days.
  • The warehouse will inspect and assess your return.
    Chacos.eu reserves the right to refuse a return and refund.
  • Once your return has been processed, you will receive a return confirmation email.
  • Depending on the bank and payment method used, it may take an additional 2 to 10 business days after the credit is applied.


Exchanges
We are unable to offer order exchanges during the return or order process. If you want the same shoe in a different size or color, we recommend that you simply place a new order. We cannot guarantee that stock will be available when you place your new order.
