When you place an order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation message. You will also receive an additional email with your tracking number. Please note, we only ship from Monday to Friday. Your purchase is usually shipped from our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days.

Return Policy
Return your unworn purchase within 14 days for a refund. Any costs for returning your purchase are for your own account. Package must be neatly packed, shoe box/product packaging intact and must NOT be used for return.
Use the shipping bag or packaging with which you received the product.

  • Always send a copy of Packing slip and/or Invoice with your shipment.
  • If you decide to return your purchase, you are responsible for all shipping costs. Costs for returning are not reimbursed.

Refund Process and Time Frame.

  • Refunds will be processed with original method of payment within 10 business days.
  • The warehouse will inspect and assess your return. reserves the right to refuse a return and refund.
  • Once your return has been processed, you will receive a return confirmation email.
  • Depending on the bank and payment method used, it may take an additional 2 to 10 business days after the credit is applied.

We are unable to offer order exchanges during the return or order process. If you want the same shoe in a different size or color, we recommend that you simply place a new order. We cannot guarantee that stock will be available when you place your new order.
