When you place an order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation message. You will also receive an additional email with your tracking number. Please note, we only ship from Monday to Friday. Your purchase usually ships from our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days.

We use our carrier Post NL, it may happen that a local partner is used in other countries. Always consult your track & trace information.

Returns Policy
Return your unworn purchase within 14 days for a refund. Any costs for returning your purchase are at your own expense. Package must be neatly packed, shoe box/product packaging intact and should NOT be used for returns.
Use the shipping bag or packaging with which you received the product

  • Always send a copy of the Packing Slip and/or Invoice with your shipment.
  • If you decide to return your purchase, you will be responsible for all shipping costs. Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
  • Lost return shipments are not the responsibility of Chacos.eu
  • Item(s) must be returned in the original branded box (packaging).
  • Chacos.eu does not offer exchanges, instead we ask you to place a new order.

Refund Process and Timeframe.

  • Refunds will be processed with original method of payment within 10 business days.
  • The warehouse will inspect and assess your return.
  • Chacos.eu reserves the right to refuse a return and refund.
  • Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email with the return confirmation.
  • Depending on the bank and payment method used, it may take an additional 2 to 10 business days after the credit is applied.


Exchanges
We are unable to offer exchanges on orders during the returns or order process. If you want the same shoe in a different size or color, we recommend that you simply place a new order. We cannot guarantee that stock will be available when you place your new order.
